In Bermuda, Bananas are grown all over the island. It takes 2 years for the plant to mature and bare fruit. After which the plant is cut down and a new sprout will grow and the process starts over again. This photo was taken by Ed Kelly (VP9GE) of me standing just off the highway. We were looking for power line noise when we spotted this nice looking bunch.

The Moongate is a Ancient Chinese design and came to Bermuda as a result in a tea trade. According to legend, if you make a wish as you pass thought it, you'll be blessed with good fortune. This Moongate is located at the Bermuda Perfumery near Ed's place.

This sunset photo was taken about 1/4 mile from the apartment. I walked here each day to watch the sunset, on my last night I saw 2 beautiful Parrot Fish. I snorkeled here a couple days and had fish swim up to me, the water is very clear so you can see a long ways. Water temp was 83 degrees. The sand on Bermuda beaches has a pinkish color that comes from micro organisms being crushed on the reefs around the island.
